Our 7th grade students recently enjoyed an exciting and educational trip to Standing Stone State Park! 🌿🐍
During their visit, students learned about the different types of snakes found throughout Tennessee, explored the traditions of the Roley Poley Festival and its tournaments, and put their science skills to work by classifying predators and prey among the park’s wildlife.

It was a great opportunity for students to connect classroom learning with real-world experiences while exploring Tennessee’s wildlife, nature, and local traditions. We are thankful for this hands-on learning experience and the memories made along the way!
